Our office hours are limited to weekday evenings and weekends only at this time.  We time allows, can respond to phone calls and e-mails throughout the business day, but the best timeframe to reach us is currently 7PM-11PM Eastern time.

What about previous versions of Windows?  Ruggiero AV Services will continue to install Windows 7 or Server 2008 on new builds, based on customer requests and availability, and will likewise support these previous Windows versions in accordance with Microsoft's Product Lifecycle guidelines, which currently extends to January 14, 2020.
