- All orders are subject to a manual review process, and will be set up in a short time after ordering, usually within 2-3 hours. The special shared hosting with storage offer requires extra set up time, and does NOT include direct online / web access to files, only through DAV, or FTP
- Ruggiero AV Services provides assistance through our support system, but it is recommended that you contact us before ordering if you have any questions. Uptime is guaranteed to be 99.5% or better during the life of your service.
- The service is subject to fair use practices, and as a user, you will not use the service to abuse any person or persons, nor perform activity which has a negative impact on another or other computer system, systems, network, or networks.
- The service may not be used for illegal purposes, including but not limited to harm to minors, fraud, forgery, impersonation, unsolicited commercial e-mail (SPAM), mail or advertising bombing, copyright or trademark infringement, fraud, virus distribution and/or misuse of software or other resources.
- You will provide valid and accurate electronic mail contact information, as well as billing information via the Paypal payment gateway. The e-mail address used should be different than any domain based mail you set up on our service.
- Your login information is based on the e-mail address associated with your Paypal account or the primary domain name associated with your hosting account. Your password will be randomly generated, and can be changed at any time.
- You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures put in place at any level, nor disrupt the services of another user or users, such as through 'denial of service' attacks or 'flooding'.
