Happy Holidays 2022

Dear Customers and Friends,

We hope this message finds you well.  2022 has been a very interesting year for us, to say the least.  Business-wise, we actually became busier, and more productive, but it was in returning to our root, core service where we were the most active.  That is, transferring and converting legacy audio and video content, as well as repairing and upgrading physical computers and other technology devices. We also handled a good deal of copy editing, as people requested help with online submissions such as resumes.

As we predicted last year, fully remote work and hybrid scheduling is here to stay, and it's your personal tech that needs to be up to the task, as well as that supplied by your respective IT departments.  Ruggiero AV Services is thankful that so many still continue to trust us as their PERSONAL IT specialist.

As for our customers that trust us with their web properties, our servers have enjoyed much stability and reliability for them, but as we announced earlier, due to a lack of time, we had not been able to procure as many new website design clients, opting instead to promote a colleague and friend's design services.   See this page for more information on that.

As we have said in the past, though vital, tech and devices pale in comparison to what is really important.  While we entrust our memories to our cameras, phones, and computers, it is the person BEHIND that screen that matters most.  YOU are all very special to us.  We are most grateful for your very presence, and wish you continued health and happiness going into this holiday season as well as long into 2023 and beyond.  It is a common sentiment we can ALL share, counting on friends and family most, during this time, and always.

Tech may fail, but may WE still prevail.

Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Joyous Kwanzaa.  Happy New Year too!
